"Rolling up Hill "  ( mp3)
Written by Paul Terry King &
Elvis Presley
Preformed by William Riopelle
Elvis was a Revolutionary Figure in American Music
and still is today according to BMI songwriter
Paul Terry King  who recently
shook the Elvis-World to its core with his tell all stories
and songs he claims he wrote with Elvis Presley
in 1973 in California !
Elvis is championing the cause and rights of every
music-creator through-out the free-world today
And I was very fortunate indeed
to have been at the right place and right time in history
to meet-up with Elvis and on the same hand he was
lucky  to have had me and my guitar to remember
those lyric and melodies.
One of the songs " If I'd Only Brought Her Roses"
is actually owned and controlled today by Elvis
Presley Enterprises thanks to the public auction of it
by
power-seller eBay Inc.   The other songs "Just Like
Rolling Uphill" and "Oh Pretty Please"
are being kept under tight wraps
as time and new evidence emerge about their genuine
authenticity!  While negative rumours have been
spread through the entertainment world about these
songs at the same time the historic interest and value
grow !
What intrigues copyright activists and legislators
about the latter
song is that even though it was started by both men in
1973 { but never completed} it has now  had the
finishing touch of a last
verse and chorus by the surviving author
Paul Terry King  over 3 decades later !
Elvis surrounded himself by people that
he should not have trusted so blindly with his music
and acting career both in this life and after death
King explains.."
However that wont be the case with these songs that
the world never heard.  They are for the real fans who
when you really get down to it, they are the ones who
Elvis really cared  about and loved the most.  !!!
